Global Mind Search’s pricing policy is set according to the recruitment strategy selected, I.E. a direct approach, a mixed approach or active sourcing.

In general, we offer a flat rate, which is transparent and concrete.

Our fees are payable in three stages:

  • At the launch of the mission
  • When the candidates are presented
  • Upon hiring

In certain situations this provides some flexibility with invoicing only when a candidate is hired. Fees for internet and press job announcements are paid by the client, as are travel expenses for the consultant managing the recruitment mission.
