1. Introduction
This data protection policy aims to inform you about the processing of personal data carried out by GLOBAL MIND SEARCH to ensure the protection of personal data of individuals, in compliance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, concerning information technology, files, and freedoms, as well as the European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, on Data Protection (GDPR).
By providing your personal and other information, you accept the general terms of this Data Protection Policy.
This privacy policy may evolve in accordance with legal and regulatory developments and the guidelines of the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
2. Identity of the data controller
GLOBAL MIND SEARCH – SARL with a capital of €30,000, headquartered at 2 rue Salzmann, 67000 STRASBOURG, registered with the Strasbourg Trade and Companies Register under number 514 168 426, represented by its President, Mr. Stéphane Glaser.
3. Data collected
GLOBAL MIND SEARCH ensures the collection and processing of only data strictly necessary for the purposes of the implemented processes, in compliance with the principle of data minimization.
“Personal data” refers to information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable person, such as name, surname, position, employer company, email, phone number, city, country, postal address, date of birth, professional experience, qualifications, CV, etc.
This data may be collected directly from the individual concerned (spontaneous application, direct approach, or personality tests) or from partners and other third parties, such as CV databases or social networks (LinkedIn, Viadeo).
The website www.global-mind-search.com does not use cookies.
4. Purpose of collection
The processes implemented by GLOBAL MIND SEARCH serve explicit, legitimate, and specific purposes, namely recruitment services.
5. Legal basis for processing
The legal bases for processing your personal data are contractual and based on the consent of the individual concerned.
6. Data recipients
GLOBAL MIND SEARCH only shares your personal data with authorized and designated recipients.
The recipients of your personal data are the relevant employees of GLOBAL MIND SEARCH. Furthermore, given the nature of GLOBAL MIND SEARCH’s mission, it may transmit candidate profiles to client companies and vice versa.
In the context of managing client files, GLOBAL MIND SEARCH may share certain data with partner organizations (e.g., companies managing candidate evaluation applications).
Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union, except to Switzerland, whose data protection legislation has been recognized as offering an adequate level of protection in line with GDPR standards.
7. Data retention period
GLOBAL MIND SEARCH retains your personal data only for the duration necessary for the operations for which they were collected, in compliance with applicable laws.
- Data related to client companies is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, extended by 3 years for purposes of engagement and prospecting, without prejudice to retention obligations or statute of limitations.
- Data related to prospects is retained for 3 years from the date of the last contact with GLOBAL MIND SEARCH.
- Candidate data is retained for 2 years, unless explicitly requested otherwise. After this period, GLOBAL MIND SEARCH will request the individual to update their data. In the absence of a response or in case of opposition to updating, the data will be deleted.
